Matt Gillespie (CMC #737) is a native to the upstate of South Carolina. He made his move to Charleston after graduating from Clemson University in 2009 and began working in ship repair at Detyens Shipyards. He has been a Marine Chemist since 2018. Extensive experience on military and commercial vessels as well as in detail knowledge of work processes and vessels structures brings value to your team. In his free time, he enjoys watching Clemson football, working out, volunteering at church and spending time with his wife Mandy and their three children: Grace, Matthew and Marie Kathleen.
